Service details and turnaround
Our Question and Answer (Q&A) email service caters to individuals with 1 to 3 inquiries, eliminating the need for a consultation with an RCIC.
Pricing for the Q&A email service is as follows:
- 1 Question → $65.00
- 2 Questions → $95.00
- 3 Questions → $125.00
To utilize this service, you’ll need to furnish us with a concise description of the circumstances surrounding your specific questions. We guarantee a response within 1-3 business days.
Should we determine that your situation warrants further discussion, we will issue you a credit in the form of a coupon for a consultation. Additionally, if you have follow-up queries after receiving our initial responses, you may either rebook the Q&A email service or schedule a consultation.
Getting Started:
- Book and pay for the service online.
- Complete and sign the agreement, along with the question form that will be provided upon booking.
- Once we receive your information, our team will promptly craft detailed responses to your inquiries, which will be emailed to you within 1-3 business days.
Q&A Email Service: your questions answered
Use the email service for one, two, or three focused Canadian immigration questions that do not require in-depth analysis. Give enough background for the consultant to understand what you are asking. If you need a back-and-forth discussion, NOC code assessment, comparison of several routes, document review, or a review of an application, a consultation or the relevant file-review service would be a better fit.
Describe the situation, the outcome you want to understand and any relevant dates or deadlines. Include any relevant documents. Number each question separately and explain the specific uncertainty. Do not send only a screenshot without context or ask the consultant to infer your full immigration history. Use the question form supplied through the booking process.
Choose the package that reflects the distinct questions you need answered: one, two, or three. Splitting the issues into clearly numbered questions helps the consultant respond to each one. If you are unsure how to count a complicated scenario, ask us before ordering rather than expecting unlimited advice within one question.
The current packages are CAD $65 for one question, CAD $95 for two and CAD $125 for three. Written responses are sent by email within the stated 1–3 business days after your required agreement and information have been received. Ordering alone does not supply the background needed to answer your questions.
This is a focused written question-and-answer service, not a file review. If you need completed forms and/or supporting documents checked or reviewed before submission, choose the relevant application-review service. Asking whether an entire file is ready does not turn a one-question purchase into a comprehensive review.
Under the current service policy, if Canada Abroad determines that the situation warrants further discussion, a consultation credit is issued as a coupon. Do not assume every Q&A purchase is automatically redeemable against a consultation; that decision follows the assessment of your situation.
Follow-up advice is not unlimited within the original purchase. You may book another Q&A email service for further written questions or arrange a separate paid consultation. If you want to discuss the answers with an immigration consultant, a 30-minute consultation is an available next step.
