Skilled Worker Program
- Have a job offer from an employer in the Yukon Territory in an O, A or B level occupation;
- The prospective employer has advertised the position being offered for a minimum of four weeks within the three months preceding the date of application and can prove they advertised/attempted to recruit for the position both locally and nationally;
- Have the education and experience required to fulfill the roles and responsibilities of the job being offered to you;
- Have a minimum of a high school diploma;
- Have at least one year of work experience related to the job being offered to you;
- Pass an approved language test;
- Intend to settle in the Yukon Territory.

Critical Impact Worker Program
- Job offer from a Yukon employer;

- Have a minimum of a high school diploma;

- Intend to settle in the Yukon Territory.
