Service details and turnaround
This review is for those who already know that they are eligible to apply for one of the Economic Immigration programs which use the Express Entry system and want to have their Express Entry profile reviewed before they submit it electronically to Immigration, Refugees and Citizenship Canada.
This review is also for those who have already submitted their Express Entry profile and would like it reviewed for any potential errors if it came back as “ineligible”, or are looking for ways to increase their Comprehensive Ranking System (CRS) score. A written report of any errors as well as any ways in which to improve your score will be provided to you within 72 hours (counted from the time we have received all requested documents and information)
Express Entry Profile Review: your questions answered
Yes. This service covers Express Entry profiles that were submitted and rejected as ineligible, as well as Express Entry profiles that have been created but not yet submitted. You will need to share your completed online application forms, any ineligibility messages, and any supporting documents requested for review. A Comprehensive Ranking System (CRS) score alone does not establish eligibility. IRCC says an ineligible profile cannot be edited; a new profile will need to be created and submitted. The review can assist in determining what needs to be corrected before submitting a new Express Entry profile if your previous one was found to be ineligible.
No. Start with a consultation if you need help deciding whether you qualify or which immigration program to pursue. This review is intended for people who already understand their eligibility and want their Express Entry profile checked. It is a different service from preparing or reviewing an application for permanent residence after receiving an invitation to apply (ITA) from IRCC.
Yes. You will need to share your completed online application forms and the relevant supporting documents for review. The written report identifies errors and potential ways to improve your score. It cannot award points that your documents do not support or promise a higher score.
No. If you have already received an Invitation to Apply (ITA) and you would like to have your full application for permanent residence reviewed, book a Permanent Residency File Review. If you have discovered a possible error in your Express Entry profile that led to your invitation to apply, book a consultation with one of our consultants to discuss whether you can accept your ITA.
No. This service is for a written review only, and does not include the consultant making changes to your profile. You remain responsible for making accurate changes and submitting/updating your Express Entry profile unless you separately retain one of our Canadian immigration consultants. Neither purchasing the review nor correcting an error guarantees an invitation or permanent residence.
The stated 72 hours does not include weekends or Canadian holidays and begins when all requested documents and information have been received, not when you place the order. You will receive a written report identifying profile errors and potential score improvements. Complete the required agreement and provide the requested material so the review can begin.
Yes. While the discussion is not included in the review service, you can book a separate 30-minute consultation with the immigration consultant who reviewed your profile to discuss their findings. That follow-up is charged at the selected consultant’s rate; it is not included as an unlimited question-and-answer service.
