Latest Canadian Employment Scam

We just received a new Canadian immigration scam . This one again is directed to those seeking to obtain a work permit in Canada.

The company name being used this time is Jim Pattison Group. The e-mail you will receive from them is below.

The company has acknowledged the scam on their website and has the following statement posted on their site:

 

*We have been the subject of attempted employment scams via online and email recruitment. Please note that we only send email from @jp-group.com addresses. Beyond a resume, we will never ask for any of your personal information including passport, utility bill, credit information, processing fees, etc. If you have any questions about the legitimacy of a job opportunity, please contact us directly.
